These first five books of the Bible are the foundation for the theology, sociology, soteriology, and Christology of the whole Bible. From Genesis to the Jordan is not for everyone, and is for everyone at the same time. Its stories are often beautiful, but sometimes grotesque. Some readers will be quick to accuse the author of misinterpreting the Bible. However, the author was intentional about accurately interpreting the biblical text according to the best standards of Biblical studies and Christian theology.
